Collection & Use of Personal Information
We may record the names and contact details of those people that request further information from us via the Sign Up section on the Balancebanking.com.au <http://balancebanking.com.au> website. We will only collect information that is required by us to deliver information to users of the Balance Banking website. We will endeavour to keep and maintain the data held by our organisation as accurate and up to date as possible. You can assist us in our efforts to strive for accuracy by letting us know as soon as possible if your contact details should be changed. COBA – Customer Owned Banking Association maintains strict standards and security procedures to prevent unauthorised access to your personal information and to ensure the correct use of this information.
